Designation

Discontinuous Advanced Resin Composite. A quasi-isotropic matrix built from short discontinuous carbon fiber, engineered to process at scale without the autoclave constraint that defines conventional composites.

The difference

Conventional composites force a trade: performance or cost. DARC collapses that trade. Engineered to be net-shape from the mold, it exits ready to assemble and compresses the manufacturing timeline in ways that change the unit economics of high-performance structure.

The property set

Specific strength at titanium parity. EMI shielding and ESD capability engineered into the matrix. Environmental durability designed in, not added on. Patent pending.

03 DARC in Application
Concept Renders
What takes multiple parts and assembly in traditional composites becomes one integrated structure. Compression molding delivers net-shape complexity in a single cycle.
Fewer parts.
Lower labor.
Faster production.
Design freedom.
04 Markets Served
Where the property set is a force multiplier
01
Defense
Attritable platform architecture. Structural airframes for high-rate production and swarm-capable systems. Unit-cost economics built in.
02
Space
Lightweight structure with environmental resistance at a weight class metals can't match.
03
Automotive
Performance and motorsport applications where structural mass is the enemy and volume production is the mandate.
04
Industrial
High-value components where environmental durability and unconventional properties justify the conversation.
